Neue Klasse is a new era of true driving pleasure that starts from now with the launch of the new BMW iX3. It isn’t just the design of the BMW Vision Neue Klasse that’s timeless. We aim to reduce your car’s carbon footprint throughout its entire life cycle. This is thanks to a production process that conserves resources, the increased use of secondary raw materials and the highly efficient fully electric drive.

Reduced to give way to the new.

The design concept of the BMW Vision Neue Klasse is reduced to the essentials. The overall appearance is dominated by large surfaces and clear lines. This creates space for new things. For modern technology, such as the interactive kidney grille and headlight concept. Or for an interior flooded with light from large windows.

Optimised driver orientation.

As the driver, you take your seat in the cockpit, surrounded by innovative technology, and find everything arranged conveniently around you. All elements are positioned to suit the driver, with the aim of both enriching and simplifying the driving experience. Introducing bidirectional charging.

The latest-generation battery can do more than just power your vehicle. Use the Neue Klasse battery as an interim storage unit for electricity during bidirectional charging. It can supply your home with electricity or feed power back into the grid. Or simply use your vehicle as a mobile power bank, for running your camping equipment, for example, or charging your e-bike – any time, anywhere, for every adventure.
