Alex Nelson could not do enough for me throughout the whole process. He even called me at 7.30om in his own time one night to answer a question I had about hand over of my new car.

Service from Jack Langley at group 1 was brilliant from start to finish. Quickly came up with a car configuration I was happy with at a price I was happy with. From the point of deposit to picking up car I was kept informed and the service was great!

100% good experience. The only slightly odd part was the sales manager Louis bringing me a card and a thank you present. I think that would have been more sincere if I had met him earlier or it Nick had been left to do it.

After booking I received a call asking how much I had been quoted. I thought was odd. Then when I picked car up they tried to charge £70 over. I declined. I showed the price I was quoted online. I had to say I had service plan, so bill was re done

I have been using Barons Group 1 for car purchases and subsequent servicing for the past 15 years. I have always found nothing to complain about them. They are very accommodating with appointments and I actually look forward to going there.

The car was in for a minor service and the original price was maintained, however, I was informed after the car was dropped in it needed a brake fluid change which added to the cost, I'm not sure why this wasn't known when the car was booked in?

Everyone is helpful and customer focused. The number of people arriving outside in the am was a bit of a crowd scene but everyone was slickly processed and on their way! We had to return to collect forgotten door keys. They were waiting at the desk!

My MOT was failed so I asked the lady,who was dealing with me if it can be fixed by tomorrow as I can't leave my car more than that. She said she will check and let me know but she never called back. I called again but she has no update on it

The courtesy car provided was a manual petrol which in my view is not suitable for an EV driver. Also the screen wash was added despite me having only just fully topping it up the week before, which seemed an unnecessary expense.

Booked car for EGR replacement and checked with customer service before dropping car is it is replacement or checking and they confirmed it is replacement. After dropping car i was rold in the morning it is checking however checing was 2 month before

The dealer kept my car for two days. No courtesy car or even a lift to the station. Work that I requested (end of warranty check) was not done. The final bill was more than quoted. My dashcam was disconnected. MOT date not changed in iDrive.
