The Centre was clean and comfortable. Booking in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. The service advisor was Christopher Gostelow who was professional, friendly and explained things well. Refreshments were also provided.

I arranged to leave my bmw with the service team for a week, as it is difficult for me to visit during the week, the service team quickly diagnosed the faulty and had my car ready for collection the following Saturday
