I made a clerical error as wanted to drop off stay and then go after service and MOT. I didn't select this option and MOT was booked in at 3.30pm. the team accommodated me and my car was ready before 12. Thats why I drive an hour to you every year.

Unlike my initial experience talking to the central call centre/customer services for BMW when I was able to deal with Group 1 Farnborough directly their level of professionalism and customer care was excellent and restored my faith in BMW.

I was satisfied with the work, however having booked the appt 2 months in advance I got a call the day before trying to cancel. This was not a good, I suggested they cancel someone who had booked more recently which they did and my appt went ahead.

I was running late for my appointment and they still managed to get the work done instead of rescheduling it and offered a courtesy car as it would have taken longer than 2hrs. Very appreciative of how the handle it.

Online check-in was fine, though the person who greeted me had to complete some of the same information on the screen, but he was helpful. Stephen was my contact and he was very pleasant. My only minor complaint was with the quality of the car wash!
