The administration of the purchase was a little chaotic. Lack of communication followed by a short notice flurry of activity. I was disappointed not to experience the pulling the cover off reveal on collection which is always a highlight for me.

Booked in my MOT and kept receiving calls and SMS messages asking me to book it in. Car stayed overnight as it failed the MOT whilst they were procuring a new tyre. Had to chase up when my car would be ready, they seemed unsure when it would be done

Advised to change break pads & discs with only 75% worn , low mileage car .will probably last another atleast year or so . Mileage wrong on receipt for changing airbag recall.

The lady on the phone when we called to tell them about the oil situation wasn't very helpful, totally unapologetic and we felt this is unacceptable given what the brand really stands for.

I was kept informed and updated throughout by the Service Advisor Jordan Hobbs and when the car was eventually ready the next day i was given plenty of notice as i had a 40 mins drive to come back.

Service was performed but I found £260 quite expensive for just an oil change. The worst thing was sitting in reception looking at my car having to wait 50 minutes for the service manager to come and take my money!!!

Service attention apart, BMW Ash Vale had refused my claim under warranty for degradation of a sub frame. The reasons relayed to me by BMW Ash Vale and Warrant team, conflict and neither are consistent or covered by the wording of the warranty T&Cs.

Scheduling of work booked in could be improved when car is dropped off to complete a 4 hour job to be told to collect car 10 mins before it closes is not ideal. Requested not to have car washed & cleaned common sense to shake mats is not hard ?

The only negative was that the car was dirtier when I collected it than when I dropped it off, and it hadn't been cleaned (vaced) inside. Otherwise everything was superb, as were the people I dealt with.

I had been booked for Brake Recall so I took the car in at 8am. I received a call at 5pm to say the car was ready. I returned to collect the car and the agent told me that they didn't do the Brake Recall as it wasn't required. I wondered why all day.
