Nick Dempsey was excellent with his service and communications. He went the extra mile to find me a x3m40d when other dealerships said there were none available. It's a shame there aren't more sales people like Nick it was a pleasure to buy from him

Pleased overall, but.. The second handover with Loius, really wasn't helpful. If you give someone the title of "Product Genius" that raises high expectations. Who's at fault the individual with the title or the person who gave them that title?

Far better treatment to check in and return the car than Marshalls Hook who I used previously. Quick and efficient check in, caring attitude of service desk

Staff were friendly and informative. Really pleased with the service I received. Communication was clear on any extra works that could have been done. I really liked the digital confirmation that I could easily send to say yes to the works.
